Terms of Service
Please read carefully before submitting a commission request!
✸ For personal & non-profit use only.
✸ I reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason.
✸ Current lead time: around 1-4 weeks, depending on complexity and workload. Please communicate early on if you have a specific deadline you'd like me to meet. Depending on how quick the requested turnaround is, commissioner may be subject to a rush fee.
✸ I require upfront payment via PayPal in USD in its entirety for most commissions, unless we have already talked and made other arrangements. If a commission is over $100, I can accept an upfront deposit of 50% of total commission price. Please pay the invoice within 2 weeks (14 days), or else your spot will be offered to the next person.
✸ I'll start working on a commission once I receive initial payment. I will send a couple process sketches for approval.
✸ 2 revision requests are free of charge, after which I will charge for any major revisions.
✸ Refunds are only permitted if I've not started on the commission yet, in which I will give a full refund.
✸ By submitting a request, commissioner agrees to not edit, remove the watermark, trace, re-distribute, sell the art or print, make merchandise, or claim/credit the commissioned artwork as their own. I (whippysan) retain all rights to the commissioned work, which includes selling prints, portfolio building, or commercial usage.
✸ Please credit me @whippysan for the work if posting online, or using as an icon or header.
✸ Commissioner is not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of the commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens (NFTs). Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with NFTs or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

✸ DM or email me to discuss your request if you'd like to get a quote
✸ Fill out the commission form to reserve a slot
✸ Once I receive your payment, I'll start your commission
✸ I will send sketches, and can make 2 free revisions. After that, any major changes will be charged $5 each
✸ I will do my best to be upfront and communicative and I expect the same from the commissioner!
✸ Final pieces will be sent via Google Drive link in png/jpg format.
